About the Role
The successful Psychology Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of psychological theories, research methods and key contemporary debates. You will encourage students to think critically, evaluate evidence and apply their knowledge confidently to examination questions.
The department has high expectations for both teaching and student achievement, and the successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining these standards. You will be expected to create an engaging classroom environment, provide effective feedback and support students of all abilities to reach their full potential.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Psychology or a related subject
QTS or recognised teaching qualification
Ability to teach Psychology across KS4-KS5
