Head Chef: Lead a High-Energy Kitchen & Team

The Bridge Inn in Linlithgow, part of Buzzworks Holdings, is seeking a Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen and lead a talented team. You will drive consistently brilliant food, manage GP, labour and stock, and coach the team to perform under pressure.

You will lead from the pass during busy services, develop the kitchen, and bring energy and personality to the role. This is a hands-on leadership position in a busy pub kitchen with strong community ties.
