Assistant Head Chef: Lead Shifts & Grow to Head Chef

Zizzi Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts, run the pass and inspire the team in a high-volume kitchen. This hands-on role partners with the Head Chef to deliver fast, flawless service across dine-in and delivery channels, while maintaining Italian food standards.

You’ll manage stock, labour, prep and cost control, coach junior chefs, and model safety and cleanliness. The position offers up to £14.25 per hour plus Tronc and benefits, with flexible hours and room to grow
