Frontline Security & Customer Service Officer

Savills is seeking Security and Customer Service Officers for The Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff. You will provide visible security, handle enquiries, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

The role is frontline, requires an SIA licence, and shifts are 56 hours per week, including 12-hour blocks from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, with rotas set three months in advance.
