Lead Head Chef – Seasonal Gastro Pub, Live-In Flat

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a destination gastro pub in Northamptonshire. The role will take ownership of the kitchen, lead a team of around six chefs and two apprentices, and develop seasonal menus while maintaining the pub’s strong identity.

You will work alongside the owner initially and then take full control, overseeing events, stock, costs and mentoring junior staff. Accommodation is available and the package reflects senior responsibility.
