Support Worker – Personal Care & Community Engagement

Creative Support is seeking caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs in Wellinborough, near Northampton.

Positions available as full-time and part-time with shifts from 6am to 10pm, including sleep-in options. You will travel around Wellinborough to the service users’ homes and liaise with district nurses while supporting medication and community activities.
