Management Accountant – Construction

Overview

In this role you will contribute to the financial stewardship of a fast-growth urban developer. You will prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow projections, support auditors, and partner with project and operations teams to maintain strong financial control. The position sits in a dynamic finance team and offers exposure to senior leadership as the business scales globally. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and impactful decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements
• Prepare and review cash flow projections/forecasts
• Liaise with auditors and provide financial data as required
• Collaborate with project and operations teams for effective financial management
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns

Key requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA)
• proven experience with COINS
• experience with multi-currency reporting and project accounting (desirable)
