Warehouse Operative

Now Hiring: Warehouse Operative – Join Our Team in Avonmouth !

Are you looking for consistent, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment? Have experience in a warehousing, loading/unloading? We want to hear from you!

Monday to Friday Days 10:00-18:30

• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Rotate stock and check date codes.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and PMS.
• Maintain quality control to meet customer and product standards.
• Uphold hygiene and environmental standards (clean as you go).
• Operate equipment efficiently to meet required output.
• Replenish materials as needed.
• Support and deliver job-related training to colleagues.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the department.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

• Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
• A positive thinking and self-motivated individual
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work

Day rates apply between 4:00-18:00:

Night rates apply between 18:00-04:00:

Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
