Operative with FLT – Temporary Role
Location: Preston – Miller Street PR1 1EA
Hours: Monday to Friday initially on days moving to rotating shifts 06:00 to 14:00/14:00 to 22:00 (possibly nights)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (more if on night shift and training dependent)
Duration: ongoing

Join a leading manufacturer in the Preston area. We are looking for an experienced Operative with FLT Counterbalance to support our client’s busy operation.
Very hands-on role operating mixing vessels. Loading vessels, filling off chemicals into tins as part of the role. Valid FLT is required although this will be a small part of the role. Role involves a lot of manual handling and is a physically demanding role.
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge and experience working with chemicals an advantage
- Flexibility and agility
- Must be able to cope with a physically demanding role
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
