Production Management Assistant (PMA), Scam Interceptors – BBC Studios, Glasgow Contract Dates: 21 October – 18 December 2026 BBC Studios’ Scam Interceptors is seeking an experienced Production Management Assistant to support a busy programme that helps protect the public from scams and fraud. Working closely with the production team, you’ll provide support across production administration, logistics, scheduling, finance and operational processes to help ensure the smooth running of the production.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Management Assistant.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in a deadline driven television production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident using production systems and adapting to new technologies.
• Experience supporting production logistics, administration and office management.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable

• Availability to work from the Glasgow office Monday to Thursday to support the production hub during a busy delivery period.
