Solutions Architect

Overview

In this role you will shape and deliver enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions within a broad, hybrid environment. You will combine architecture, engineering and technical leadership to drive cloud migrations, data centre transformations and infrastructure refreshes. You work across Azure, networking, security, compute, storage and end-user technologies to create resilient, secure, and business-aligned architectures. This is a hands-on position with strategic influence, offering the chance to steer technology transformation and architecture strategy in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable infrastructure and cloud solutions
• Lead major technology initiatives including cloud migrations, data centre transformations and infrastructure refreshes
• Work across Azure, networking, security, compute, storage and end-user technologies
• Develop target-state architectures and technology roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across projects and BAU activities
• Ensure solutions are resilient, secure, supportable and aligned to business requirements

Key requirements

• Strong background in infrastructure, cloud engineering and solution architecture
• Proven experience designing and delivering Azure and hybrid cloud solutions
• Expertise across networking, security, identity and enterprise infrastructure technologies
• Experience producing architecture documentation including HLDs and LLDs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
