Overview

As an Associate in Product Data & Analytics, you will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across platforms for PGIM’s product-facing teams. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Consultant Relations, and RFP to gather and deliver timely reporting, often under tight timelines. You’ll retrieve and format data for ad-hoc requests, and support data-driven product insights and automation initiatives. This role anchors cross-functional data projects and enables informed decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Collect and provide data to support Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations, and Client Managers for business development.
• Collaborate with the RFP team to complete data sections in RFPs with quick turnaround when required.
• Retrieve data from data stores, format it for client-facing and compliant delivery, and support ad-hoc requests (assets, staffing, performance, characteristics).
• Keep data owners and sales teams updated on progress and any issues on ad-hoc data projects.
• Provide product advice and information across the company.
• Manage multiple large-scale cross-department projects.
• Support consultant database management and improve processes through automation, performance reporting, marketing materials, ad hoc data requests, competitive analysis, and product-related research.

Key requirements

• Significant experience in product, business development, client management, or operations within asset/wealth management, consulting, or investment banking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; strong execution and follow-through.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and build partnerships across functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
