Salary: £26,728 per annum (£12.85 per hour)
Hours: 40 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 (rota basis)
Location: Cookstown, Magherafelt & Dungannon

We’re looking for motivated, reliable and customer-focused people to join the team as Parking Enforcement Officers/Traffic Attendants. This is a varied, on the go role where no two days are the same. Patrolling Cookstown, Magherafelt and Dungannon in a company provided vehicle, you’ll help keep roads and car parks safe and accessible. You will ensure areas are available for everyone by ensuring parking regulations are applied fairly and consistently.

A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you’ll be the face of our service, working unaided while engaging with members of the public throughout your shift.
What will you do?
Patrolling designated on-street parking areas and car parks in a company-provided vehicle
Monitoring compliance with parking regulations
Issuing Parking Charge Notices where appropriate
Providing clear advice and guidance to motorists and members of the public
Explaining parking regulations, enforcement procedures and clamping processes professionally and respectfully
Delivering excellent customer service while confidently handling demanding situations
Maintaining accurate records using handheld technology
