The Role:We’re looking for hands-on Python Developers at Senior level who have experience building software and a practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and RAG.This is a coding-focused role for engineers who enjoy building real solutions. You’ll use Python as your primary development language, developing APIs, services and AI applications using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents and vector search.You’ll work across the development lifecycle, helping take GenAI ideas and POC’s through to robust, production-ready applications for enterprise clients.
What you’ll be doing:Build production applications and APIs using Python and FastAPIDevelop LLM, RAG and AI agent solutionsBuild RAG pipelines covering embeddings, retrieval and generationWork with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama and similar LLMsUse LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar AI frameworkWork with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB and PGVectorTake GenAI POCs into production and scale themBuild APIs, microservices and AI integrationsDeploy solutions using AWS/Azure, Docker and KubernetesWrite clean, testable and maintainable Python codeWork with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Git and CI/CDCollaborate with engineers, architects and client stakeholders
What we’re looking for:Proven leadership and mentoring experience required for Senior Consultant level.Strong commercial Python development experienceExperience building APIs, microservices and backend applicationsHands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAGExperience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAIExperience with vector databases and semantic searchExperience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama or similarGood software engineering, testing and Git practicesExperience with AWS or Azure, Docker and ideally KubernetesExperience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar databasesExperience with CI/CD using GitHub, GitLab or JenkinsAgile engineering experienceExperience with AI agents, tool calling, embeddings, prompt engineering or LLM observability is beneficialReact/TypeScript and Terraform/IaC experience is beneficialExperience taking GenAI POCs into production is highly beneficialWhy this role?You’ll work on real-world AI engineering projects, combining strong Python software development with modern GenAI technologies.
