Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a data-driven financial services organisation experiencing continued global growth and is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to help shape and support the next phase of its evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that business and HR strategies are aligned
• Act as subject matter expert, providing advice and coaching on HR matters
• Partner with HR teams globally to design and implement HR policies, ensuring both regional and global needs are met
• Participate in global HR projects as and when required
• Manage performance review framework, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Support with workforce planning, employee relations and organisational design
• Lead a small team

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years HRBP experience supporting front-office, revenue-generating functions such as Investment Banking, Markets, Trading, and Research
• Extensive knowledge of employment law across EMEA
• Previous experience managing and developing a small HR team
• Proficient in HRIS platforms, with strong experience using HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making
• Degree qualified
