Salaried GP – The Meadows Surgery, Ilminster, Somerset Symphony Healthcare Services has an exciting opportunity for GPs to join the team at The Meadows Surgery in Ilminster, Somerset, on a permanent basis. We currently have 2 vacant sessions to fill. The Meadows Surgery has 4,500 patients and Ilminster itself is a historic market town in the South of Somerset, known for its honey-coloured Hamstone buildings, independent shops, and rich Saxon history. Ilminster offers a vibrant community atmosphere with a weekly Thursday market, the Warehouse Theatre, and proximity to the Blackdown Hills and Jurassic Coast. The town features attractive architecture, a bustling town centre, and convenient transport links via the A303, nestled conveniently between the larger towns of Taunton and Yeovil.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provision of medical services to the practice population.
- Delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the GMS contract.
- Carrying out all duties reasonably expected of an NHS general practitioner according to GMC & RCGP standards.
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking and motivated GP to join us in providing excellent healthcare for all patients.
