Ambient NPD Project Manager — Launch Bold Food Innovations

itsu is seeking a NPD Project Manager – Ambient to lead end-to-end product development across ambient foods. Reporting to the Product Director, you will coordinate Brand, Marketing, Technical, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure launches meet quality, timing and commercial objectives.

Focus on managing projects from concept to launch, maintaining gate processes, budgeting, and supplier negotiations.
