Mandarin Retail Manager — Onboard Luxury Cruise Leader

Harding is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard retail teams and drive guest sales. You will foster exceptional service, set a high standard for the shop floor, and act as a role model for the crew in a luxury onboard environment.

You will manage training, outreach to clients for events, and ensure rigorous back-office operations while maintaining excellent numeracy and communication.
