Capex Project Lead: Site Engineering & Handover

Gordon Timber is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects from concept through completion and handover on site. You will define technical requirements, coordinate suppliers and contractors, and drive safe, compliant delivery within budget.

You will oversee installation and testing phases, contribute to the 5-year capex plan, and ensure all regulatory and safety standards (CDM2015, HASAWA) are met while maintaining high workmanship and proactive problem solving.
