Lettings & Property Manager, Harrogate (Full-time or Part-time)
We’re looking for a positive, organised and customer-focused Lettings & Property Manager to join our team in Harrogate.
This is a varied role covering the full lettings and property management journey – from market appraisals and new instructions through to tenancy set-up, maintenance, inspections, compliance and ongoing landlord & tenant relationships.
Based in Harrogate, you’ll cover a great local area with a varied portfolio of properties. It’s a role where you can build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, while getting to know your properties and the local market really well.
We’re looking for someone with lettings/property management experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Knowledge of current property legislation and compliance requirements would be a real advantage.
Full-time or part-time applications will be considered.
