Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Branch)

Santander seeks a Customer Experience Advisor at the High Wycombe branch. This approachable role supports customers with everyday banking, helps them use technology in-branch, and answers queries over the phone. You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-skilled team focused on delivering outstanding service.

You’ll work a 35-hour week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, with a proactive stance toward fraud awareness and customer protection. Training and career development are provided.
