Bagel Shop Team Lead: Operations & Customer Experience

Bagel Factory in Canary Wharf is seeking a BF Team Leader to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service. You will supervise, motivate, and develop the team, model great bagels and service, and manage shifts to support operational excellence.

Reporting to BF Units manager and BF Assistant manager, you may also run shifts independently in management’s absence, while maintaining the shop’s standards and safety guidelines.
