Global PropTech Project Coordinator | Hybrid & Travel

ReDefined Futures in the United Kingdom is hiring a Project Coordinator for Smart Buildings / PropTech. You will coordinate installations across the UK and Europe, ensuring site access, documentation and suppliers are aligned.

The role is a high-volume planning position rather than traditional construction PM, managing 1–3 installations per day across ~60 active UK/European sites and helping to define quality standards. Hybrid working with at least one day in the Farringdon office.
