Trinity College London is seeking a Team Leader to support our Stratford and Belfast test centres. You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, conduct quality checks and handle escalation of candidate/examiner issues, while deputising for the Centre Manager when needed.
The role requires strong customer service, organisation and stakeholder liaison skills, with weekend shifts as part of a 40-hour week.
