Pharma HCP Growth Lead – SaaS Platform Sales

Cranmore Life Science seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for a new HCP engagement and marketing platform. You will own both Direct Sales to pharma brands and Channel Sales through media agencies, building a pipeline and converting pilots into multi-year licences.

Ideal candidates have 4–8+ years in pharma or MedComms sales, a strong network, and a track record in productised B2B media or SaaS sales.
