Overnight Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Nightshift Manager in Farnham to lead overnight replenishment and manage a small team. You will prioritise deliveries, coordinate the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for the morning trade.

You’ll oversee shift operations, maintain safety and staff wellbeing, and drive KPI performance while delivering outstanding customer service. The role is full-time with a premium night-shift allowance.
