Programme Manager

Servaada is Wipro’s UK entity, authorised by the FCA (the UK financial services regulator) to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from planning through to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams at the same time.
• Develop programme plans, budgets, governance and reporting.
• Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Drive business readiness, implementation and transition activities.
• Track programme costs, benefits and overall value.
• Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to executive teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong Life & Pensions experience.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Financial services outsourcing or service-provider experience.
• Experience with operating model change, automation or platform modernisation.
• MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualifications.
