Edinburgh Reception Team Lead — Luxury Hospitality

Rapport Guest Services in Edinburgh is seeking a proactive Reception Team Leader to guide the front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across corporate hospitality environments. You will lead from the front, develop staff, and coordinate with Account Managers to deliver consistently high service standards.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a shift rota between 7 AM and 8 PM.
