Inpatient Mental Health Services Manager

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced health or social care manager to join the Directorate Management team in the Acute & Crisis Mental Health Directorate, covering Adult Inpatient Services across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and the ability to work with clinicians, multi-disciplinary teams, service users and carers to deliver service improvement within the portfolio.
