Waiting List Coordinator — Surgical Scheduling

The Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Waiting List Coordinator to support the administrative function within the Cardiothoracic Services at the Northern General Hospital. This role involves coordinating urgent inpatient and outpatient waiting lists, attending daily meetings with the Scheduling Team, clinicians and theatre staff, and ensuring lists align with 18-week and cancer pathways.

Working hours are 27 per week (Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm).
