MERITUS are recruiting for an Embedded Software Engineer to work a hybrid contract for our client based in Portsmouth as they continue growing their practice. The role will require 3 days a week onsite and 2 days WFH.
EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER – INSIDE IR35 – £60 PER HOUR – C++ – 6 MONTHS INITIALLY – PORTSMOUTH – 3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE – 37 HOURS A WEEK – SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS – MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE
- Security clearance required on application
- Experience programming Embedded Systems using C/C++
- Experience of bare-metal and embedded Linux environments
- Experience of linux device drivers including DMA, Interrupts, and Device Trees
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing
- Knowledge of Software Defined Radio
