About the Role

We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers for a Temp to Perm opportunity in Luton.

You will drive refuse collection vehicles across Luton, completing multi-drop collection rounds as part of a team. This is a hands-on role, and drivers will also be required to assist with loading bins.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 refuse collection vehicles across Luton
• Complete multi-drop collection rounds
• Assist with loading bins
• Work closely with the collection team
• Carry out duties safely and efficiently

Driver Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence
• Minimum 12 months’ driving experience
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Must have safety boots
• Ideally no points on driving licence
• Able to start work from 5:30am

Pay & Hours

• £17.12 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Double time on Bank Holidays
• 37 hours guaranteed
• 4-day working week – Tuesday to Friday
