An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Fitter to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business.. This hands-on role will see you assembling, integrating and mechanical and electrical systems while working to strict engineering and safety standards.
The role of a Mechanical Fitter will include:Mechanical assembly and integration of assembliesDrilling, fastening and structural assembly workCompleting build documentation, certification records and component traceability paperworkWorking in line with quality procedures, engineering standards and health and safety requirementsUsing hand and power tools
The ideal Mechanical Fitter should have the following skills and experience:Proven hands-on experience within mechanical assembly and fittingExperience of installation, drilling and fastening techniquesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical schematics and wiring diagram
