Legal Counsel – US Growth Equity & Private Markets

Stableton is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our investment and operations teams across a multi-jurisdictional platform, primarily handling US growth equity and pre-IPO deals. You will provide practical guidance to the investment team and manage group corporate matters across the US, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Germany.

You will work directly with the CFO and founders, handling deal documents, investor relations, and stock option plans.
