Senior Finance Counsel: Project Finance & Cross-Border

Jameson Legal is assisting a client in London seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel (5+ PQE) to join its Finance team. The role focuses on advising sponsors, lenders, DFIs, multilaterals and governments on complex project finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance and structured finance transactions across emerging markets.

Expect exposure to high-profile cross-border work across Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, with involvement in energy, infrastructure and natural resources
