You will draft and negotiate client and service provider agreements, advise on SFDR/UK SDR, and guide teams on AI-assisted drafting. Hybrid role with collaboration across jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE, strong UK FCA knowledge, and experience with fund-related documentation and commercial agreements.
