Carrington West is seeking an experienced CPO Lead for a 6-month contract in London. The role focuses on strategic oversight of land and property workstreams within a major regeneration programme, coordinating external consultants and managing compensation and legal proceedings.
The post requires strong governance, senior stakeholder engagement, and capability to steer complex land transactions. On-site, 28 hours per week, with 1–2 days on-site and Inside IR35.
