Financial Controller

We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
• Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvement
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc project
• Previous experience within a multi-site business
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business
