Asset Management & Transactions Associate

CBRE is seeking an Associate to join the UK Direct team in London, working alongside portfolio managers on a mixed asset management and transactional mandate. The role offers exposure to stabilised and development assets, with direct interaction with occupiers, agents and third parties.

You will contribute to asset management, development tracking, acquisitions and disposals, and detailed financial modelling to support client objectives and investment decisions.
