Head of Technical & Quality Assurance

Greencore Desserts Newark is seeking a senior Technical Lead to guide the site’s technical function, setting the agenda for food safety, quality, and legality in a fast-paced chilled desserts operation.

You will lead a large cross-functional team, drive continuous improvement, manage audits (BRCGS/retailer), and develop KPIs and corrective actions, while working closely with Operations, Engineering and NPD.
