Head of Tax Reporting (Global) — US GAAP, Pillar 2 Lead

The Head of Tax Reporting at Soho House & Co. will lead the preparation of consolidated tax provisions across the Group, leveraging US GAAP and UK GAAP principles, and driving Pillar 2 and CbCR initiatives from our London base.

You will work closely with the Director of Tax in London and the US tax team, overseeing forecasting, data provisioning, and ERP integration to modernize our tax reporting framework.
