Head of Openings: London Pubs & Restaurants

Urban Pubs & Bars in London is seeking a Head of Openings to lead the opening of new pubs, bars and restaurants across London. You will manage the Openings Team and work with Operations, Kitchen, People, Marketing and Development to launch sites successfully.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires energy, a strong leadership presence and a passion for delivering exceptional first impressions at every new site. You will shape opening processes and grow with our expanding portfolio.
