IP & Tech Transactions Associate – London

White & Case LLP in London is seeking an IP/Tech & Commercial associate with 3–5 PQE to advise on a range of IP, technology and strategic contracts allied to transactional work.

You will draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial contracts, identify IP risks on transactions and work closely with partners across London and international offices to support cross-border deals.
