UAV Systems Engineer — Flight Test & Autonomy Lead

Kaizen Resourcing seeks an experienced UAV engineer to advance an interceptor drone from prototype to a delivery-ready system. You will work across airframe, propulsion, avionics and autonomy, coordinating with GNC, software, electronics and AI/ML engineers in a fast build–test–learn cycle.

You will design, integrate and test flight-control systems, configure autopilots, and troubleshoot sensors and communications on a hands-on basis. Travel for tests and customer demos is expected.
