Senior Recruitment Lead – Hospitality & Openings

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to collaborate with the Global Head of Recruitment, oversee new property openings and hiring gaps, and ensure a positive candidate experience across all houses and properties.

You will recruit across our expanding portfolio, coach managers, and lead external events while refining recruitment methods to support growth and maintain Soho House standards.
