Real Estate Investments Associate — Strategy & Underwriting

GIC Real Estate is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its European investment team to contribute to the development and execution of real estate strategies across sectors and regions. You will source opportunities, build and maintain underwriting models, and coordinate investment memoranda and deal workstreams.

In this role, you will engage with senior colleagues, support asset management of existing investments, and represent GIC at industry events as a trusted ambassador.
