Cluster HR Manager: Employee Experience & Talent Growth

Millennium Hotels and Resorts seeks a Cluster HR Manager to support two hotels, based at Copthorne Slough or Copthorne Gatwick. You will drive employee experience across onboarding, induction, engagement, recruitment and retention, training and well-being.

Ideal candidates will show proven HR leadership, strong communication and knowledge of employment law, with the ability to advise senior managers and partner with central HR.
