Senior Facilities & Property Manager – Co-op Housing

Channel Islands Co-operative Society Limited is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Jersey to lead the Property Team, oversee maintenance works, and help implement the operating model for our property function.

You will support the CPSO and HSC, realising value across the portfolio and driving low-carbon initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on facilities management experience.
