Regional Field Service Leader – Hybrid & Company Car

KONE is looking for an Area Service Manager to lead a busy field service operation across Birmingham and the Midlands, including Leicester. You will be responsible for day-to-day running of the area, balancing people, customers, performance and commercial priorities.

You will lead a team of field-based technicians, plan maintenance and callouts, ensure safety, manage customer queries, and monitor costs and productivity. The role offers flexible hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.
