Clinical Manager | Mental Health Care Leader

Cygnet Bury Hudson provides specialist mental health services for men with complex needs. The Clinical Manager will lead clinical care and drive high standards across the hospital, with on-call duties to support the Hospital Manager. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, at Cygnet Bury Hudson.

You will oversee clinical governance, liaise with clinicians and stakeholders, and ensure adherence to policy while promoting recovery and patient safety. DBS checks apply.
